Hello everyone, I bring you a little problem to see if you can help me.
The point is that I have a Philips TV, where I have downloaded the Plex application from its store (it is not Android). I have activated it through my server and others and all the movies and series appear, but when it comes to playing them. they look extremely bad, even being files in 1080p or 720p, it looks at 360p, very very bad. however, on my iphone for example, and on the fire TV, it looks perfect, in HD. That could be happening? The first time I went to play a movie I got the following message:
“We have not optimized playback for this device, so any video played from your personal media library can be transcoded.”
I have tried optimizing the videos from the server, but nothing. Any ideas?
