So it looks like PS4 will not supoort DLNA streaming natively. Any chance we could get an app? I was really counting on using it for streaming my movies!
An app would be incredibly great. I do hope the new browser will be capable of PlexWeb, but a native solution would be awesome. I hope the PS4 is capable of video playback as good as the PS3 was, especially in regard to 24p.

Such use of Plex/Web in the PS4 web browser has been discussed in the Plex/Web subforum.
Apparently it worked fine for some, though the gamepad makes some navigation inconvenient.
I also suspect that the CODEC support may be limited, both for audio and video.
(Official Sony statements speak of MP3 support as a 'future' improvement, though it's unclear if they just meant music playback or MP3 audio for web-based video as well.)
