Plex on qnap help seeing qsync folder

Hi guys,

Just chasing a hand on trying to set Plex media server to see my Qsync folder.
I have read that I have to create a shared folder pointing to the qsync folder but I am still unable to get plex to see it.

I am running the latest Plex server on a Qnap ts-251+
