I’ve done what you’ve said. THe folder is currently empty of course - what would you like me to add?
I did notice from your screen shot that your folder lay out for Plex Media Server is very different to mine. Please see screen shot of my set up. Multimedia has my movies etc in, the other two are what I’ve added since setting up this topic to help. Not sure if this matters or not but wanted to mention it.

You’re not pointing to the right place somehow. If it’s empty like this, it’s wrong.
Here you can see PlexMetadata pointing directly into the .qpkg directory and you can see the PMS data files.
Here you can see the PlexData shared folder which requires you to take the additional step to click ‘Plex Media Server’ before you see all the goodies.
Notice, only PlexData has recycle and tmp. It does not have anything to do with snapshots.
I don’t think I have the qkpg on my NAS.
So I’ll wait till your reply, but I’m thinking I’m going to take Plex off of my NAS (appreciate it’ll have to build my library for the 4th time!) but then I can reinstall it properly
All sorted. Deleted Plex from NAS (couldn’t save library data as couldn’t access folder).
Re-installed and works fine.
JellyFin as back up.
Combo works fine.
