What I’ve done:
-
restarted pi/plex server**; No change**
-
update pi to latest version & restart; (sudo apt update & sudo apt install); No change
-
manually deleted Codecs folder from PMS; After restart new codecs downloaded here again. Comparing initial codecs (deleted) with newer codecs downloaded automatically I can see that only this codec file wasn’t downloaded again libhevc_decoder.so

-
HDD where media gets downloaded is mounted via fstab as NTFS with options: auto, nofail, sync, users, rw (last row in image)

-
Found some faint info that noexec attribute could somehow limit PMS into the codec decoding. I have the noexec flag for this HDD (last row) but I am unable to get rid of it.
