I have plex via synology DS218+ NAS
My plex app ran fine on my old sony mobile phone . I have now switched to a Samsung galaxy. I transferred all the apps using the correct method yet when I go on plex it will only see my tv shows not any of my movies.
It will show favourite and recently added films to these folders yet when I click on library it says no files .
The app was paid for via google store on my old phone
