Plex server/player app for NVIDIA shield has just stopped working.
Drives are plugged in and functional. App just does not see them and says it can’t connect to server (which again, is itself).
Any ideas? Sounds like this is a regular problem.

Troubleshooting I’ve done so far:
All apps, and system, are up to date.
Can’t access through web portal (triple checked IP of shield, it’s correct)
Found Plex media server listing in system apps and enabled storage access. There is a setting here for revoking privileges “if an app isn’t used”, was hoping this is the problem but changing that hasn’t fixed it. Going in and messing with this did change the login screen from “can’t connect to internet” to displaying our user names, but it still doesn’t actually start the web portal or show any local files.
Opened up the network connected drives (on the shield) from my PC. Files are there, was able to access and even play a video from them.
