Hello my tv smartcast will load the plex app but when I load a video For example: when I load a ghost in the shell SAC video it will load and it shows it’s playing but nothing is in the screen no audio or video. Only thing it shows is the ticker moving Indicating the show is playing but only a blank screen is displayed. All of my other devices works with no issues. It’s just my game room tv

My client version is: 5.10.0
the chip set is: SX7A
its working now.
I guess it fix itself between the Time i posted the issue from march 2nd to the 11th
If it happens again, I would suggest a TV reboot. The SX7A chipset has seemed to be more prone to issues like this that occur more often after extended usage, but this also may have been a TV bug fixed by a firmware update
