Server Version#: 1.18.5. 2309-f5213a238 (latest that is available for update via DSM interface)
Player Version#: the latest one on the TV installed few days ago (version number can not be found)
Problem: Day 1 - TV recognized the Synology server (DS918+, DSM updated), showed Photos and videos from it. Day 2 - “Server can not be found”, but Plex shows its online content.
Setup: TV and Server are cable connected via a switch, and are in one network.
Question: I tried multiple workarounds, some found here and some elsewhere on the web. None of them worked for me. Can you please let me know if I can hire professional assistance from your side or third party who can set up my Plex to show my content from my Synology server. on my TV?
