Plex server won't start on Synology DS218+

Hello

I have just bought a synology DS218+. I installed the plex app through the package center and streaming worked just fine to my samsung q9FN.

All of the sudden the tv cannot find the media server anymore and in the dsm i cannot start it anymore , when i click the plex icon the browser opens a new window saying “empty response”. I downloaded the latest version of plex manually but nothing changes.

DSM version :6.2.1-23824 update 4

Can somebody give me a debug path ?

Update : after installing plex server on my pc it also shows up in the plex app on the tv but also it is not possible to connect.
