Plex on Synology DS416, seems broken

Hi, for some days now, my Plex server seems broken accessing via web, Apple TV or any other device.
It’s all up to date on the NAS, I can access the Plex server via Web interface and Apple TV (server found, up and running), but I lost all my TV Shows in the library, and I can’t find a way to re-index them.
The movies are still there (visible), but I can’t read any of them (via web interface or via the Apple TV).

I haven’t changed anything recently, except updating the Plex Software when prompted.
Sorry for the approximate explanations, I really am not a technician and English is not my mother langage.
If you need more explanations, just let me know.
