Plex on Synology NAS hamburger menu on media files doesn't appear

Server Version#: DSM 7.2.2-72806 Update 3
In web interface (Chrome & MS Edge) of Synology NAS Plex app when I click over the hamburger menu of a video (bottom right of image) nothing comes up.
It used to work and I used it to rescan metadata. Now I can’t get the correct metadata when Plex gets it wrong.

I’ve tried turning off 3rd party cookie blocking, allowing pop-ups.
The edit icon (pencil bottom right of image) works.

Why has it suddenly stopped working?

Which version of Plex Media Server is installed?

  1. Use https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!, which is the latest version of Plex Web.

  2. Try a private/incognito window, which bypasses browser plug-ins, etc.

  3. If you go to the movie pre-play page, do you see the three dots to the right of the pencil icon? If so, does that have the option to refresh metadata?

I’ve a DS918+/DSM 7.2.2 -72806 Update 3 / PMS 1.41.6.9685. Using Chrome 135.0.7049.96 / Windows 11 Home.

I see the three dots whether on Plex Web home page, the Movie library page (recommended or library tab), or the movie pre-play page.

You have to be logged in to Plex for the hamburger menu to appear (top left circle icon).

I don’t normally log in as I use Plex locally only. But now I have to log in.
