Hello! I’ve been using Plex Media Server for years with minimal issues, but this one is stumping me. I had changed nothing about my setup on my Synology NAS, but suddenly, my server stopped showing up in the web app, and none of my other players can connect to it. I was running the old Synology Package Center version (1.18.5.2309-f5213a238). I’m unaware of any changes that could have happened between the last time I used it and when it stopped working. I tried restarting PMS with no luck. Then I upgraded to the latest version (1.23.3.4707-6000). No difference. I’ve spent hours combing the forums trying to find a solution, but can’t pinpoint what the cause is. I believe I’ve found the correct logs to send, and have attached them.

Thanks for the response! I followed all of the steps and am now on DSM 7.0-41890 and PMS 1.23.3.4707-7000, but the problem is still persisting. When I open the web app, no server appears. I only see recommendations and none of my media. Where would the default log location be for the new version?
Yes. I even reset the homepage customisation. I did not prompt me to connect to my server at all. Like I mentioned before, the server is not showing up at all, even though I’m clearly running it from my NAS. The web app doesn’t open if I don’t have PMS running on the NAS. When I do have it running, it opens the web app, but doesn’t show any of my media, and gives me 0 options for adding media.
That worked! Thanks so much! It looks like Safari might have been doing something strange because the claim token did not show up. I had to get it in Chrome.

When i am trying to installing again, it is not showing the same screen as you mentioned. For me it is not showing the direct install and run plex. What am i doing wrong. I am still having issues.
