Plex on Xbox One - Unreasonably Huge Subtitles

Hi,

I’m having an odd issue with Plex’s handling of text-based subs on my Xbox - they’re all enormous. They respond when I change the subtitle size settings, but even set to ‘tiny’ they’re still big enough that they frequently break into 4 lines.

Is there anything I can do to reduce the sub size further?

(Incidentally the web player in Chrome is giving me the same issue. Displays at a reasonable size on the iOS client though.)
