Subtitles (captions) Size Issues

The subtitles are extremely large - on Chromecast, Xbox One S, and Samsung TV app (latest 2016 TV). I’ve adjusted subtitles settings on all of the devices listed here to the smallest setting and although it made a difference, they are still extremely large. Can someone from Plex please explain? From the forums, it sounds like these issues have been around for a while - what is the underlying issue?

I am running Plex server on Windows and clients are Chromecast, Xbox One S app, 2016 Samsung TV app.

Can you post some pictures? My subs are a descent size, at least for me. Or if you have an 80" TV. I don’t think subs are scaled based on the physical size of the display.
