Hi, does anyone can help me with subtitles. I have Plex server on Synologogy NAS, players on Apple TV and Android TV. All subtitles that were with the video file are showing gigantic on the entire screen. To watch a movie with normal size subtitles I have to download from opensubtitles through Plex App while watching. It is annoying. I thought that was just a bug of a certain version. But updates did not bring the resolution. I deleted PLex server and installed again. I even deleted NAS OS… whatever I do they stay the same.
With what types of subtitles are you experiencing this (e.g. text-based SRT subtitles vs. image based VOBsub or PGS subtitles from DVDs or Blu-Rays)?
In case this is about text-based subtitles… did you customize how subtitles should be displayed (e.g. on the Apple TV app → Settings > Subtitles > Subtitles Size)?
