When I open the plex app on Xbox, it’s not able to connect to my friends Plex servers - it shows unavailable.
The plex app on my ipohone has no trouble connecting - it has already figured out the old/new server.
My friend has redone his server, so I’m not surprised, but how do I get the Xbox to remove the old server and show the new server? I’ve uninstalled, and reinstalled the app and it still cannot connect.
Is their new server showing up under the More item in the sidebar?
On the Xbox plex app, that’s where all the other servers are. When I click the more button, I see the server that should be able to connect, show up as unavailable. Where as on my phone, both connect just find.
Solved it - It was the preferred TLS settings on my friends server.
