I have access to two of my PMS servers, one local and one remote. They are both signed in under one admin account (my account) and have a couple of home users and remote users that I shared all my libraries to. Everything was working until today when one of my users complained that she only sees one server in her account. I went to app.plex.tv to check and true enough my remote server is not seen in Settings.
I then remoted into the remote server (NUC 10) to check as this is the first time that I encountered this issue where the PMS is gone from my account 100%. Usually, when it’s a connection issue, I will still see the PMS in the account but says that it cannot be reached. When I checked the plexmediaserver service, everything was working. I then restarted the service and what happened was that the remote PMS now appeared in my account but my local PMS is now gone! I did the same with my local PMS and as expected it replaced the remote PMS again!
It’s as if it can only list one server at a time for some odd reason. Is this a backend issue on your end or what? The settings/database are all intact. It’s just that my admin account cannot list more than one server.
