I am optimizing some shows and for some reason now plex is removing the subtitles from the optimized versions. I have tried optimizing with different settings, for IOS, TV, and Original. For IOS and TV i chose 8MBPS 1080P
When optimizing a file, Plex will “burn in” the currently selected subtitle.
If there is no subtitle selected, it will burn in nothing.
You might want to enable automatic subtitle selection.
