Plex outbound 443 IPs on remote access page

I have a dual wan with CGNAT cellular for both WAN, I however have a VPN for plex family members to access my content. instead of my plex server using VPN for all traffic, I want to use VPN just for 32400 and (my actual question) IPs plex hits when detecting public IP. I look into my router and it always hits a domain name of plex.bz, attached is a IP list of most, but it would be nice if plex could keep a updated all inclusive list of these URL IPs. My router doesn’t not allow by domain name unfortunately. any help would be appreciated
