Hi, my plex pass account got hacked. I discovered today when all my devices started asking for the password. I checked through my emails and found that i got an email on the 12th which went into my spam so I never saw it until now (see attached). How do I restore access please?

ok thanks, I logged a question to them too but that page said they don’t deal with support queries so thought I had better try and ask on here too incase they didn’t class it as a billing issue. I will wait for them to respond, thanks for your help.
