Not sure if this is the best place for this so please forgive me if this is not or if this is a completely stupid question.
I’m currently based in Sydney, Australia and I’m interested in switching to a Plex Pass from Foxtel for a few reasons (mostly price). The majority of our Foxtel is used for the kids shows (Nickelodeon, Nick Jr and Disney) for my 2 year old son and I was just wondering if there is a complete list of available channels that I would get access to with a Plex Pass.
Plex gives you a way to stream your own media – audio and video files you own – to a wide array of network-connected devices. Think of it like Netflix but for digital content that you already own.
As BigWheel stated, it does not provide its own content.
Thanks for confirming and so quickly! I guess the only similar feature in Plex Pass not available in free is to stream and record Live TV from a device with a TV Tuner card.
Yeah EPG data for LiveTV/DVR has a cost to it and is why it is Plex Pass only. We don’t know what EPG data will be available for any particular region of the world.
