I have acquired the lifetime plex pass since one month. However for the extra and bonus below the threads I only have a few bonuses that usually correspond to the FR trailer. When I go to see on plex there are many more bonus.
I put you the example with Avenger Endgame, first picture my plex, and second the general plex.
How to get all these bonuses knowing that I want to keep the interface in French obviously.
Have you configured your library to not only add trailers?
⋮ > Manage Library > Edit... → Advanced > Only show trailers is disabled?
This is not possible, since only a very small part of those extras is localized into different languages than English.
Can you fix the problem to keep library in french (or other languages) and give access at all bonus in orignal language per exemple ? (Add a option per exemple)
We have buy plex pass for extra and bonus features and we are very disappointed to understand that.
