What happened to the Plex Pass cancellation referenced in this

i’M WANTING TO GO TO A ONE TIME PAYMENT, AND IT APPEARS TO ME THAT pLEX HAS MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO change plex payments once they have you hooked!!!
And I don’t use Itunes!
There is no subscriptions option on the Iphone Account settings!
