I purchased a plex pass a while ago but since I wasnt using it at the time I canceled my subscription. The subscription was due to end on the 28/12/2016
My accont has been set to normal with no plex pass and my account details show no payment history…
Anyone tell me why my plex pass has been canceled before my monthly subscription that is fully paid up until the 28th has been removed and my past payment details…?
My guess is when you cancelled the subscription the system stopped your plexpass access and you should get a prorated refund for the remainder of the month.
You are posting from 2 different accounts. wdcclub2015 does not have a Plex Pass and your original post from wdcclub has the Plex Pass. Make sure you are using the correct acount.

No, we don’t do that.
Try not to log is with both accounts. Just use the account with the Plex Pass. There might be some caching going on with your browser so even though you think you are looking in with 1 account, it may be using the other account due to caching.
