I’m new to Plex and I just got it for my Roku yesterday and purchase a 6 month subscription for $20 on BestBuy, but the thing is that I don’t know where I have to enter the code because I have already downloaded the media player but when I go to the TV & DVR section there’s only an option to buy a pass. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Thank you for that. But when I copy and paste my code from my email the page just refreshes and that’s it, nothing else happens. Any help? Might just try again when I get home from work
Try typing out the code manually. The copy & paste may be adding an extra space or other character.

Try another browser or your current browser in incognito/private mode. If that still doesn’t work, please PM me the code so I can check that it’s a valid code.
The page does nothing as well after clicking on activate. Tried firefox, chrome, opera, and edge with same results.

Oh, I just realize that you already have a Plex Pass subscription. The codes from Best Buy cannot be used to extend an existing subscription, it has to be a new subscription. Cancel your current one, wait for it to expire, then you can redeem the code.
