I recently purchased the Lifetime Plex Pass " Give a gift of Plex " for when my apple monthly subscription ran out. Problem is i can’t find anywhere to enter my redemption code for the lifetime pass. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks in Advance

The https://plex.tv/redeem address is the correct place to redeem your gift code, @Jlesher714.
If you tried that earlier and got an error, that’s because your iTunes-based subscription was still active on our side. iTunes doesn’t communicate with us proactively (and their APIs are very restrictive - which, incidentally, is also why it is not possible to directly upgrade from an iTunes subscription to one through us) and it’s possible for a user to restart their subscription from iTunes’s side even after cancelling it, so there is a 24-48hour “lag” that can occur between when your subscription ends on iTunes and when it’s removed from your Plex account.
While the iTunes subscription was still active on the Plex account, you couldn’t redeem the gift code. That’s no longer the case, though (the subscription is also gone on your Plex account now), so you’re welcome to redeem the gift at any time. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience.
