Hi all, when trying to use the newest code “FANSFIRST25” it tells me the code is invalid or expired. Tried on both my phone and pc, with the same results.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated
I just tried this site and it successfully applied the code to the lifetime Plex Pass. I’m in the US. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Also, you might try using a private/incognito browser window. Just in case an extension, etc. is interfering somehow.
Edit: Fired up my VPN to Sydney, used an incognito Chrome window and logged in with a non-Plex Pass account. It accepted the FANSFIRST25 code and discounted the price to $119.99 AUD.
I was using an account without a Plex Pass. Not sure what happens if you’ve a monthly or yearly Plex Pass subscription.

only other thing I can think of, is I recently came off plex pass monthly, and that is somehow causing issues
