Right now I share media with two other individuals. We all use the free Plex server. If I buy the Plex lifetime Pass & they don’t:
Can we all still connect to each other’s plex server? Will all our computers, roku, tablet apps work with each other?

Buying a Plex Pass will change nothing as far as your sharing with each other goes. It just expands what you can do.
Also it does not add anything to the users you share with.
Not true. You are then able to grant them the right to use mobile sync from your server.
And they can use all the automatically delivered movie trailers if they are on your server.
And should one of your buddy’s servers only be accessible by Relay connection, you can use a bandwidth of 2mbps. (Without PP it is only 1mbps)
For me and the other Plex users I know that is nothing important or even desirable but I do have to agree that it is not nothing.
