First off I feel like there are MASSIVE amounts of troubleshooting data missing from the Plex forums.
I am extremely frustrated with Gracenote tagging for quite some time now I have tried the recommended plex naming and file structure, and no matter what I do or how many times I do the plex shuffle or what agents I put where or how often I COMPLETELY redo my music library Zero, Absolutely ZERO Metadata comes from Gracenote. I get constant billboards top 100 and crap like that, it’s absolutely infuriating to handle a large music library going through every single bundle and manually matching them to last.fm.
That’s the other thing on two separate plex installations and setups none of my music library auto matches. I have to go through it manually and match the artists. I don’t know what the point of the plex pass is for music with the results ive had
