I know people had been posting about this before. Yes… but I didn’t found any solutions at these forums. The problem I got is that I have a big library. Currently 23 000 music tracks. It takes A LOT of time to sort all the metadata. I want to automize the process with gracenote. So if I add an album it identifies it and add the META data itself. I tried changing all the META agents… I tried remove the old library and add a new one. But there are no difference. It just don’t autodetects. It is only reading the tags. Even if I uncheck “embeded tags” it still reading the embeded tags instead letting the AI deciding the albums or artists. I want PLEX “listen” to the tracks and sort them. And yes I have used premium library. And yes I’m Plex Pass Lifetime member. So what’s the problem? Either I’ve been missing something very important, or the feature is not working as good as I expect, or it’s simply a bug. Help please? I really want this to work ASAP.
I forgot to write that I’m using the latest version (Plex Pass) of PMS.
