Hi, I don’t seem to have a problem downloading my media on Android devices, but the iOS keeps wanting me to purchase Plex Pass? I pay monthly, shouldn’t I be able to download media on a few tablets so my kids can be entertained on an airplane?
Yes, you should be able to. Check the accounts section in the app and see if it recognizes your Plex Pass subscription.
It shows Plex Pass icon. Weird, huh?
