hello, i tried the plex pass trial with tital. it never showed up on my plex app or my server. it acts like i’m not a plex pass member. now i’ve been charged the $40 for the year and i still can’t access anything. at this point i just want to cancel my subscription and get my money back but there seems to be no customer service number or a living breathing person i can speak with about this. please help because at the very least i don’t want to get charged again for something i can’t use.

Your account doesn’t show that you have a Plex Pass. Are you sure you’re using the right Plex account?
Also, you say you were charged $40. That is an Annual Plex Pass. You do not get Tidal with a Plex Pass, it’s the other way around. You get a Plex Pass for signing up for the Tidal HiFi subscription.
