Plex Pass Subscription lost

Hi everyone,

I woke up this morning to find that my Plex Pass subscription, which is valid until October 2025, has been removed—completely out of the blue and not by my doing. Everywhere in the interface, it still says “Go Premium,” but I no longer have access to the features that come with the Plex Pass.

I am a brand new user and I redeem WD promo 3 months card. Then I disabled recurring billing. It worked for a few days, maybe 1 week. Now the Plex Pass Subscription is gone.

I got thise when I disabled recurring billing. So I have a valid Plex pass to 9.OCT.2025.
