I just received the March email where it states:
“A big server—ful thank you to all who took part in our Plex Pass-holding server owners survey.”
I was confused as I have been a Plex Pass owner for years and I never received such a survey, though I’d love to share my thoughts on Plex and its future.
Do I need to register for these types of survey somewhere?

Yeah same here too… PLex pass, no sign of any “survey” request in my email box or in “spam”…
So either their survey was categorized as “Sales & promotions”, or maybe only from the anonymous statistics collected…
I would have liked to participate in a real survey, to let them know what users really use/want in plex…
There’s a lot of positive, but also a LOT of negative when Plex make a choice for us WITHOUT providing an option to disable it if we don’t ant/like it…

You have to be randomly selected. I got one a few years ago. I know someone that got it this time around.
