Hi, last night I bought the Plex Pass so I could sync movies to my iPhone. When I try, it tells me to get permission from the plex server to do this. When I go into the plex server, it says I need a plex pass to allow sync, but I already have plex pass?? Pls help
Is your server linked to the same account you’re using here?
From what you describe it sounds like Plex is under the impression that library is only shared with the account you use on your iPhone.
Have you rebooted your server since you bought the Plex Pass?
