Plex Photo Library Photos created before the Linux Epoch

Just figured it out, that Plex photo library pictures that have an EXIF date prior to the Linux Epoch 1970 January 1st do not load to view, but do show up as thumbnails.

This needs a fix, as there is a good hundred years between the invention of photography and the Linux Epoch.
