Hi all, a problem has presented itself recently with playback on a Roku TV. I use Plex to display signage on TV’s via Roku. After about 2 hours, the Plex player will exit back to Roku home and has to be started up again. This issue only affects photos, a video on repeat will stay up all day. The TV’s don’t have this issue with any other streaming app, so it is not a TV or Roku issue only. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this problem has been putting extra strain on our staff.
I have included the server log files above, though I am unsure how to include the “debug” logs as opposed to “verbose” as instructed by this forum. Please let me know if there is any more information I can give to help. Thank you!!!
