Plex Photos download option missing

Server Version#: 4.108.0
Player Version#: 9.31.0.3817

Up until a few weeks ago, I was able to download photos from my library to my android device. Not sure when the app updated, but this function is now missing from the options menu.

Video downloads are still available. Only impacting photos.
