Hello everyone first please forgive me i am very poo at all this
here is my story
i am a feller at home that has a home PC with external hard drives with all my movies media on them seagate based hard drives
when i first downloaded plex and added my drives it was all perfect
and as time has gone by i have had issue after issue after issue
i have non stop messages displayed like playbackback error transcoding error messages displayed i have watched people on this forum and lots of people say upload your logs so we can have a look so i have uploaded them for you clever bunch to give me advice
i have optimised most my movies and always Optimize the database and i always check for updates and it says its upto date Version 1.19.5.3112
Transcoder quality is set to automatic
Transcoder default throttle buffer is set at 60 ( no idea what that means ) lol
thumbnails are set to (never)
Maximum simultaneous video transcode (unlimited)
Background transcoding x264 preset (medium)

Hi, which client are you using to trigger the playback and can you grab the client logs as well please?

i am using my Pc as my server and have seagate external hard drive plugged in
it is a windows 10 64
and what is client logs i only no the logs in the troubleshooting section
im sorry i cant he very helpful

What I meant by client logs was the logs from the device you are watching from. For example, if you are watching the content on an Android device, while the content is on your PC, then Android is the client. Those logs can be acquired by following this article. Similarly, iOS logs, Apple TV Logs, and Web Logs.
