I’m having playback issues on my Xbox one Plex App. Episodes of tv shows will play fine but will randomly stop and either go to a black screen or rarely go to a buffering screen. I’ve never had this problem until a few days ago. Nothing changed to my knowledge except I got a new router. I set it up exactly as I did the old one and none of the remote users who use my server have reported any issues. The server is being run on windows 10 and there’s no other network traffic going on when this is happening…
A fellow user suggested I deleted the Temp folder a few days ago and I did that. The issues stopped for a few days but now they’re back. How can a newer, better router be causing this? Or am I not looking in the correct place for issues? Not sure where logs are or where to really look for issues.
