All of a sudden I cannot play back my media today after updating to the latest QNAP Media Server (PlexMediaServer_1.7.5.4035-313f93718_x86_64.qpkg)
When I try to play media (that played fine in the past) I receive the following error:
"Playback was terminated by the server. Conversion Failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install.
Under “Now Playing” in the web interface the item says that both Video and Audio are “Direct Stream” but when I look at the log I see the following:

Again, this same file will play fine in the web interface and on my Android TV App.
Also there are times where the whole Plex server will lock up and I will need to restart it.
One other thing I not see is the following: (I changed the device id as I didn’t;t know if it was sensitive.)

How can I get the proper code to install so that this can play? I assume something happened during today’s Plex Media Server upgrade.
When I go to the xml file referenced in the last error log entry I see the following:
<Response code="429" status="Limit of devices using codec exceeded"/>
What does this mean? I only have the one Plex Media Server.
