Plex player downloads whole movie after update

Server Version#: 1.28.0.5999 (Synology)
Player Version#: 1.51.1.3185 M1 Pro

After latest update I am not able to play some files, like H265 HEVC or H264 AVC. Plex just hangs immediately and then starts playing ONLY after it downloads whole movie instead of streaming… This is unexpected behavior.

I cannot reproduce that unfortunately with an HEVC file I just tried to play. If is possible to get the logs from the app. after you hit play and it starts downloading. Windows/Mac app logs | Plex Support

As you can see it hungs at 00:11:44.579 and then next lane is 00:14:26.966
