Plex Player Help for a Newby Please

Hi, I’ve just created a Plex server running on an old windows Laptop. It seems to be working…so that’s good. Please can anyone help with a few niggles?
EPG Guide: I can save a TV channel as a favourite on my mobile but not on the Plex Webb app or just in a browser. Is this available and if so how please? I’ve searched and just can’t see it.

Secondly is regarding initial TV setup. I have a Hauppauge Solo HD dongle…works fine. Antenna search. It found about 250 channels. I came to the part where I married up the EPG and selected Freeview…which was about 120 channels…this is plenty but being greedy I’d like to get the 250! How can I do that? It gave me options of Astra and others to select against rather than Freeview. Can I somehow combine things so that it’ll find them all without me manually doing it?

I am not familiar with how Freeview works and what is available in it. So I am not able to provide specific tips, apart from some generic ones.
In general, Plex doesn’t support channels which are encrypted or marked as encrypted in the multiplex.

If all your channels are available in the Astra EPG bouquet, then you could theoretically use it. However, you’ll need to be sure whether the channel listings available in there are in fact those for the UK and not some international branches (which might lie in a different time zone or even have a wholly different programming).
