Plex Player not being able to use timeline scrubbing

When playing any media it will always start from the beginning everytime with no way to use the timeline to scrub to the correct timestamp, I was watching a movie and got 30 mins in before this bug became apparently and as a result I’ve just stopped using Plex for a bit.

It’s been broke for the last couple updates and I refuse to watch however far I am through a show or movie AGAIN to get to where I left off. Any help on this would be much appreciated someone else I know has the same issue so I know I’m not allone in this.

Hello, can you provide some more details on where you’re seeing this issue?

Are you using the Plex for Windows app? Which version? The actual version numbers, not just “latest” please. Are you observing this issue on any other device? Are you playing back from your owned server or shared?
