Plex player on macOS

After upgrading plex media player to version 1.49.1.3146-73559c78, there are some files that cannot play from the local server. However, these files can play in the devices such as iPhone and iPad.

Please help to fix this, thanks

I guess for anybody to offer any serious help, you’ll need to share some more details… e.g.

  • What version of PMS do you have installed and on what platform? → version 4.76.1 is referring to the version of the web app that’s been shipping with every server release since PMS version 1.25.9 which was released in March
    You can find the version of PMS installed on your server in Finder when checking out the PMS app or inside Plex via Settings > [Server Name] > General.
  • What type of media is giving you that trouble? → Investigate Media Information and Formats | Plex Support
