Video Plays On Server But NOT In My Players

Server Version#: 1.29.0.6244
Player Version#: iOS & Apple TV (up-to-date)
When opening the local browser (web application used to manage server) on server computer, the video file plays as expected. When opening the video in Plex players (iPhone, iPad, AppleTV) the play button toggles back and forth between “Play” and “Unavailable” and the file will not play.
