Player Version#: Latest version on both Nvidia Shield and Frame TV
I’ve had Plex for years and years. Recently I’ve started encountering some issues and curious what it could be.
I run my server on Synology DS918+
I play back on my nvidia shield or on my Frame TV.
Lately, at various times throughout playback the show/movie will freeze. I get the spinning circle and it never resumes. I need to exit play and then restart it. It will generally work again fine.
Also, when I select Skip Intro, the playback has been freezing a lot lately.
Any idea what is causing these issues and how I might fix them?
On PMS, I went Troubleshooting → Optimize Database.
I am also data scrubbing my synology.
Any other ideas? Thanks.
