Plex Player unable to play files with – in filename

Server Version#: 1.40.2.8312
Player Version#: 4.125.1

Files containing the Unicode character U+2013 will not play in any player. Removing the character from the filename allows the files to play. This character is valid for file names in both Windows and Linux (tested on Ubuntu and Debian).

This is still an issue with Server Version # 1.40.2.8395
