Confirmed with NVIDIA, 7.2.3(30.6.131.71) is same as 7.2.3(30.6.131.8), just different string name.
My issue is not resolved like I mentioned earlier.
NVIDIA mentioned their last official update to the shield was more than 6mos ago, and my issue started about a month or two ago, therefore, I’m putting the blame solely on Plex, there is an issue somewhere with the server or client updates. I’m not sure what version to rollback to fix this…
Anyways… I’ll be sticking with Kodi until it’s solved. Shame.
